I use two capsules every morning and it works for hot flashes. Doesn't completely take them away but makes them more tolerable and way less intense. I have experimented with not taking bee pollen for a few months and the flashes came back with a vengeance. Got back on them and wow what a diff. Definitely recommend if you are having trouble. Don't buy the cheap brands like at Walmart, they don't work. Been there done that. These capsules come in dark glass, not plastic, so the quality maintains.

Tried this after a friend suggested she takes "bee pollen" for hot flashes. I must say, taking this has helped tremendously. It took me a full bottle of 90 before i noticed a difference. I ordered my 2nd bottle of 150 off amazon. I take 3 capsules in the morning with breakfast and 3 in the evening with supper. While they are not 100% gone, it has been well worth it. I will continue to buy this product.

It's probably healthy-but I never felt any different after taking it for a year......No energy boost, no visible change to skin. Doubt I will continue with it.

This is the third type of bee pollen I have tried following Durham's and YS bee pollen. This one is infinitely superior to the others. It gives me a little pep and has helped with my allergies. The glass bottle is also a nice touch. It's both fancy and reusable.
