My ladies' poker league uses these chips weekly. After two years of much use, they are still like new. They have a nice touch, and the weight & sound of them makes them a pleasure to handle. I've even introduced the purple chips to the game (the pink novelty chips are not part of the Slow Play set and we use smaller bridge size cards). The dealer button is easy to spot on the table, and it also has a nice weight. Oh, and I must not forget to mention that the case is very high quality.

After purchasing samplers of the Monte Carlo Poker Club and the Laurel Crown I would rate these number 1 for the price, for the case, and for the included button and cards. The MCPC chips are more colorful, feel more like clay chips and are easier to read with the light background. The Laurel Crown's are not worth it, not for the price, too light in weight and off center printing and the 25k chips are larger than the rest. Lastly, the case is fantastic, compared to the cheap Aluminum ones most chips come with the case is great. The chips are uncomplicated, but that's in their favor, makes them timeless. For the 150 I paid for the set of 500 numbered chips, it's great value. If you have an additional 150 bucks and want "real" feel and pretty colors the Monte carlo poker club ones are the way to go.

Wanted to buy blank chips for buddy's bday but was sent numbered. Great quality, but not what I asked for.

I was super excited to receive these. When I first opened the package and got to the case I could tell these chips were gonna be heavy, which was what I wanted.I then opened the case to find the colors were not vibrant like the pictures or the ad. I then proceeded to unpack some of the chips from the wrapper. The labeling, denomination printed on the chip was super dull and hard to read. Not what I was expecting at all. The color of the $5 chip (gold) and the $25 chip (light pink) seemed faded out. The color did not pop like in the pictures. Since I've unwrapped dome of the chips I probably won't return them, but the ads and pictures were super misleading.

We hold poker night once a week and these are great. Case is heavy but sturdy. Chips are perfect weight and everyone loves the quality. Wish it came with small and big blind chips for the price

Yes, people notice when the chips and Dealer button are a bit nicer than the regs. Great product!

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this set, 500 denominated, for home poker games as an upgrade to our $20 starter set we bought a while back. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase. Chips are high quality with very few manufacturing defects (there are bound to be some in a set this size). Note that these are injection molded ABS chips with iron cores, so if you are determined to find true clay chips, you'll want to look elsewhere. Frankly, I have no problem with ABS chips, and in fact they'll likely outlast any clay chips as they are considerably more durable. For the average player, they'll work just fine, and you'll likely need to spend more money for true clay chips. I really like the chip design, and it matches perfectly with SLOWPLAY's poker mat, which you can see in my video. In previous reviews, I've noticed people complain about "stretch marks" on the chips from the manufacturing process, and that the yellow on the "5" chips was too dark. Both of these issues seem to have been resolved.I'm very happy with the case, it has a hard plastic shell with latches that require you to depress a button to pop them open (a nice safety feature). When fully loaded with 500 chips, the case weighs north of 20 lbs.The cards are decent, though I definitely prefer my Copag set. They are certainly a step up from your typical plastic coated paper cards though.The dealer button is a nice touch, though I would have liked to have seen blind buttons included.If you are looking for a nice home set, you can't go wrong!

Le fiches sono di ottima fattura.Anche le carte sono di buona qualità.Valigetta di metallo nera molto resistente ed elegante.L’unica pecca è che con poca luce i colori delle fiches (soprattutto quelle da 1, bianche, 5, gialle e 25, rosa salmone, tendono un po’ a confondersi, anche perché il valore riportato è scritto con caratteri scuri su fondo nero).Comunque nel complesso, un buon acquisto.

So the case is very nice, it feels good, the chips are weighted, and they weigh a lot, not necessarily a bad thing, but makes it a but hard to carry around. But they definitely feel good in the hand, the dealer coin and card are also very nice.
