This product did not work for me, when I inquired to the company about this product, they informed me that maybe I needed 2 to bring about the desired effect. I told them they can keep this 1, it is being returned. ASAP

Not what I expected. Could not find "pressure point". And kind of hard to sleep when you have a hard piece of plastic poking in your wrist.

This really helps me get to sleep

this bracelet doesn't work and is cheaply made. I can't believe that this would work for anyone. The bracelet is uncomfortable and doesn't stay in place unless you put it on too tight.
