Really great. Used it to make blue sponge cake and it came out beautiful. When the cake was done I did cover it with glitter, but the inside of the cake did come out green/blue. I made a mistake - I wanted to add some golden caster sugar, not only white sugar and it impacted the color. All normal rules apply and the golden caster sugar made the batter less blue and more green. So just a reminder: if you're dying cakes, add only white sweetener. I also used other colors for dying some homemade gummies and I loved the results. Those are proper food colorings. They leave a stain on fingers and counters and kitchen towels, so careful. One drop is quite powerful. The bottles are easy to squeeze to regulate how many drops exactly you want to get out of the bottle. They're so versatile I think I would use those if I went back to making soap. They were absolutely tasteless, odorless, just nothing. Only color. Eating the cake and gummies provided no adverse reactions, no one got ill or nauseous, they passed the digestion test. I am truly looking forward to using them in more creations of mine.

This comes as a set of 16 different food colourings- with plenty of different colours for you to choose from.What I will say is that it takes a lot of drops to get any type of colour. It comes out quite weak at first but if you keep putting more in then it eventually gets the colour you are after. The colour isn’t vibrant but still comes out quite nice.Reasonably priced for the amount you get. I just worry how long these will last with how much you need to put in. For example- to make a vibrant yellow buttercream (for Halloween cakes x10) it took a quarter of the bottle.Overall not something that I’d order again unless I needed the specific colours.
