Artisan1 279816 3390291 3977393 3392519 Dryer Thermal Cut-Out Kit - Thermostat and Fuses for Whirlpool Kenmore Sears Roper Admiral and Maytag Electric Dryers

Purchased as a complete parts set to replace the thermo fuse in a 3 year old Whirlpool dryer. Got the entire set in case it wasn't the fuse and had to replace something else. Watch a YouTube video to learn how to open the back of the dryer and replace the part. This $12 parts kit has the dryer back up and running. Total repair time was approximately 30 minutes. Well worth the money to fix it rather than purchase a complete new dryer for a minor part malfunction.

Pretty upset with this purchase. As you can see in the photo that I have attached, it says that this part is compatible with Part # 3977394 (highlighted in blue). Part# 3977394 is a thermostat for a Whirpool/Admiral GAS dryer. GAS Dryer! When the part arrived, there is an info sheet that clearly says, "Note: To be used on 29" and 27" electric dryers ONLY". WTF??

Excellent pack! We ordered this kit thinking we needed the thermal fuse and ended up being so freaking grateful that it came with the other thermostats that we needed because it was the third try and final thermostat that was actually the problem. Great value!

Shipping was super fast, got it in only a couple of days.The part was a direct replacement for my broken one. I screwed it in place, hooked up the wires, plugged it in and everything was perfect.
