I have a health condition that requires me to have compression around my waist. I've been losing weight as well and can't afford to keep buying these things each time I get smaller. I started w/ the extender and now I'm down to the 2nd row of hooks without the extender. I can work out w/ this, work, and it's comfortable enough I can wear it for 8 hours a day. It's hot in the summer though so I can't give it a full 5⭐️. Just be sure to measure your true waist to purchase the right size.

It would be better if it had velcro to close it because you have to be strong to suck it in and get these hooked to secure it. Once it's closed up, then it's great. It's pretty comfortable, it's a little warm, and it fit well between bottom of my bra to top of my hips. I'm 5'6", and my waist is about 35. I think I got the smallest size I could to accommodate my waist size. I have an average back length.

Love this trainer and the extention piece is very cool and helpful too. The only one I wear anymore even. Gotta get a couple more soon. I think it is worth it. Thanks

Only had it for a day but I love that it came with extra hooks as the hooks were just what I needed for it to fit how I wanted it to fit. Very comfortable and the material is durable. Out of the other 3 waist trainers I have this is by far the most comfortable one that still gets the job done.

It’s not bad for the price just wish it was longer but other then that worth it

I love this! I bought the size XXL. I wear a size XL in shirts and a size 16 in dresses. It fits perfect. I love how comfortable it is. It definitely helps flatten the areas that need flattening. Definitely recommend this product.

Even with the extender belt I still can’t fit it around my waist completely. I got a 3x with extender. This item runs small even in the bigger sizes.
