Stainless steel with zinc plated studs that are ideal for replacements or repairs and are fully compatible with the most wading boots. These studs are suitable for both fresh and salt water conditions and have a durable integrated layering system. To use these studs, use a cross head screwdriver and place four studs approximately around the heel area, two in the mid sole and a further four around the toe area. This configuration is a recommendation by Greys and their advice is to secure the screws in place by using a strong and flexible finish that is suitable for permanent waterproof repairs or adjustments such as Aquasure or Stormsure. Apply a small amount of this product to the stud screw thread, just before you screw it in. The Greys Strata Wader Studs comes with 20 studs per pack.
