Watch a video on how to use before you try!
Ok. Works as advertised although for the first five minutes of trying, I thought it was a death trap. If I can put it together anyone can. However, make sure you watch online about how to get used to using rollers. Garmin doesn’t offer much advice. Try GCN on YouTube.

Very good product but is not the most reliable.
Word to the wise, this product is excellent but you need to know what you're buying. I was an amateur cyclist once upon a time and decided to go from a stationary bike trainer to this to up my game and train to have better balance. This product and those like it needs a little bit of training and especially focus once you are already going because it is like riding out in the street, only instead you're doing it at home in your living room. If you don't stay focused and you go off of the rollers you can actually really hurt yourself.I wanted to give this product 5 stars because I like the color, I like the brand (I have bought many of their products) and I like to train with rollers. The issue is that the rollers themselves start to wear very quickly and I even had one of mine crack, which I rode on quite a bit before it happened but it still shouldn't have cracked in my opinion. Other than that, the installation isn't the easiest but the manual does do a pretty good job of walking you through it.I would recommend this product to those looking to by a rollers type of trainer but just keep in mind that you need to practice before you master riding this way and I highly recommend focus at all times.

Nicely designed and built trainer
I only used this for a few seconds to realize with my inner ear problems and vertigo it was not going to be a good thing.Possibly I could get used to it but not worth the chance of injury to my 70 year old already well damaged body.

Good product, kinda loud
Good overall product. Not super easy to learn how to use but not too bad once you get the hang of it. Just have a wall nearby to stablize yourself if you need it. Once you figure out what the proper length is for your bike, it locks into that length every time.I will comment that I live in an apartment and I worry about how annoying I am with these. I have a smooth center strip on my tires and the rollers still seem kinda loud. I purchased some vibration absorbing pads to put underneath to reduce noise transmission through the floor. Just be aware of that. Also even though this will not wear your tires as fast as a resistance trainer it will still wear your tires. After riding for even a few minutes the tires are pretty warm to the touch and I can see some of the rubber on the rollers. This is again normal for rollers from what I have seen.

I needed it for home. That’s a perfect fit and great price.

A challenge for sure but worth it
As many reviews say, these are challenging to say the least. I can only do about 10 minutes at a time but it is a rewarding 10 minutes. I have had them for a few days and have ridden on them every day and still have yet to make it through a 10 minute ride without holding on to something. Fortunately I have a squat rack that they fit nicely in between. I found that if I take my bar and lay it in line with my imaginary path on the floor and focus on the opposite end it helps tremendously. I can go about minute at the longest but i'm sure this will improve. If you have even the slightest bad riding form (choppy pedal stroke, lean on the bars etc) these will be magnified tenfold on rollers which is why I chose them in the first place, to correct all of that. Mine already have these black smudges on them from my brand new trainer tires so hopefully that will wipe off. I had my gravel tires on the bike originally and my wife on the next floor up said it sounded like a helicopter in the basement LOL so you will want a smoother tire. A regular road tire would probably suffice but those 700x37 gravel tires were loud. Remember to keep your core engaged!!!

These are awesome! Loads of fun!
Really a great way of indoor riding. Took about 10 tries to really get the balance right. And that was actually a fun challenge. All I can say is I really love these. When you assemble them go on YouTube and check out the videos that cover that. Also check out the vids about learning how to ride the rollers. It really is like learning how to ride again. After I had been riding on the rollers for a while, took my bike out on the rail trail and it was amazing how much better my balance and handling of the bike was! Just an all around positive experience. Going to get the Tacx Galaxia next, supposed to be even better.

2nd Order Assembled. Working.
Arrived in a box that has clearly been opened before... used product. Missing all its screws and only had washers and band. Unable to assemble... Delivery was late (although that is a separate Amazon Prime problem). Returned unusable/ unable to assemble product the next day. Reordered replacement of same product. Will update review... maybe was just a defective product... if they send me another used product, I'm guessing its a supply thing and they're trying to pass this stuff off as new... Will have to try a different roller...Update: Got second replacement order. All parts present this time (including screws). Assembled just fine. Looks new. Has some grease on the rollers which is interesting but I'm assuming during the manufacturing process, wiped off. Not sure if I'm sized correctly but initial attempt there is enough resistance to cycle. Worried more about riding forward off the tacx then falling sideways but that may be a sizing issue. Overall feels good. Slightly louder than I was expecting. Will update with results.Update 2:Sized correctly works fine. My large trek bike is at the upper limit on button 1 but it works great. Higher resistance than i expected. Much louder than I expected. Wondering if aluminum would be quieter but the roller works just fine. Seems sturdy enough. Able to get a good workout. Don't have anything else to compare to though. Not convinced the parabolic roller shape is the best but the thing works just fine for me. So updating to 5 stars.

Saluti

Sturdy, technique has to be mastered.
I have owned for a few days now. This is my first experience of rollers and therefore I have little to compare against. I bought this product to help me maintain fitness during the dark winter nights when as I don't feel comfortable venturing out on the rural roads during the GMT season. The product is easy to assemble using the 2 hex keys provided. The instructions are mainly diagramatical and a little sparse, but with careful review are relatively straightforward. In use the rollers feel sturdy and the only downside is that they are a little louder than I would expect. I have them in the garage so not to disturb anyone else in the household.Rollers are quite difficult to use, especially at the beginning. That is the same of all rollers. After 3 evenings I am not comfortable using them and my skill level, safety and confidence will increase. My tip is to have a wall or something solid either side when starting as you will likely fall until your body 'gets it'. For example, if you wobble then pedal harder. Don't look at your front wheel, don't over react, do not switch off an forget to concentrate.I would recommend these, however persistence and a little bravery are required the first few times in order to get proper use and confidence.
