Cannot put phone in charger with case on and you cannot charge phone and a battery at the same time. Not all that great

Charger had partial contact
A few days after I bought it, it started having partial contact, I decided to keep it as I had no other way of charging my phone. By the end of August, 3 months later, It stopped working. So I will not recommend anyone buys this, it is not worth the stress

These are perfect for charging a backup battery and the phone can be charged at the same time.

Worked great in the beginning
Worked great for a week - then slowly got worse. Now it turns my phone off when I dock it and says the phone isn't compatible.
