Beautiful colour instead of nhs grey!
I bought the turquoise version as I’m 45 and looking like I need a total hip replacement. The nhs crutches are drab and boring, and made me feel self conscious when using them. So I figured I’d get a nice coloured one, which my kids love, they think the reflectors are cool and it’s super light and comfortable to use. It feels sturdy even though it’s light, the cuff part does not change height, but for my arms it’s a good height anyway. The only issues I seem to have is the height doesn’t quite match the nhs one and is either very slightly too high or too low depending on my shoes, and the open cuff takes a bit of getting used to.Otherwise, it’s making me feel less bothered by my hip and how I look, and I’m more “funky” to my kids!

Lightweight and more attractive than regular crutches
These are far lighter than I expected. They are easy to adjust (as long as you have good manual dexterity) and are comfortable on the arms. I only bought them for occasional use for a long term fluctuating condition so can't comment on their durability for every day use. Overall I'm happy with them. The colour is great, far better than 'medical grey'.

Sturdy and supportive
Bought for a trip to London. As I have back problems and can be a bit unsteady on my feet thought this would be more supportive than a walking stick. It's well made and extendable (im 5'9) good price nice colours

Life saver!
I use one of these every day when out walking. Due to health issues it gives me that helping hand I need. Great grip, quality and adjustable hight.

These crutches aren't suitable for most folks to use.
I was enthusiastic about owning a pair of cheerful red crutches, until I tried using them----big mistake; and here's why----A normal crutch fits snugly around the arm, so that it remains in place, if you release the hand rest, to pick something up, (a plate of sandwiches, or a cup of coffee) you can't do that with these crutches---as soon as you take your hand off the rest, the crutch falls to the floor, because, unless you're a big muscly guy, (or wearing a really thick overcoat) they have no grip on your arm.I did my best; but after having to bend down to pick one up, more than a dozen times, the first day I owned them, I gave up.I'm very disappointed! ---more so because I was charged £2.78 to return them.

Can't give a full accurate answer
I can't give an accurate answer due to the delivery driver, NOT THE COMPANY.From what I have heard from over customers, these are very good, sturdy & strong, which iswhy I went to buy one as people have said how good they are & I need a walking stick. The only thing they need to do is change the Courier company.
