Although I prefer the superbalm over this one, I like this because if you're having an "attack," this will add some...relief 😉.

I don’t know how much it actually helped my daughters eczema but it didn’t make her skin sting like most other lotions do so that’s a plus

The product formulation indicates pure ingredients and its American origin carries with it a higher degree of confidence as well. The general look and feel of the product is an oatmeal-based cream in which you can sense a slight perfume.Now, the product is uniformly smooth and can be directly applied on your skin. It is certainly a good moisturizer. Does it solve other skin problems? I tried on my shoulders where I have had eczema with all its rashes and itch. Applying this cream gave me some immediate relief from the itch in about 3 days. The skin rashes have not vanished totally after 4 days but I am going to persists a bit more. The itch, which was adding to the marks on the skin, have certainly gone.So the product is effective based on the experience of this one reviewer. I think the quality and packing is good and the price is right. Based on my own experience, I will give it five stars. My only suggestion is, as the product is a dermatological formulation, an information pamphlet will give it a lot more authority to explain the product fully, and side effects if any.

UPDATE I'm leaving my previous review (below), as it still stands. But I do want to add this update, Era Organics contacted me and offered a refund for the most recent purchase of the product, which was great of them to do. The 'Relief' version is currently no longer available here.I've been using this cream since 2015 and absolutely loved it... Until now. It's no longer the same consistency or quality. Previously Relief Eczema cream was thick, absorbent, rich and extremely healing. I used it as my face cream, the only thing that has never broken out my sensitive skin, and I used it as a base for making a treatment cream that worked fantastically for relieving and healing my cold sores. Now it contains colloidal oatmeal which was not previously in the Relief version. It's lighter, watery, and gelatinous. It doesn't last as long or work the same. Era Org already had other versions which had oatmeal, so why put it in this one? I think you now have the exact ingredients in each type of product, even though they have different names. Also it's clearly watered down from before. In the photo I've placed a dab of the old Relief cream (left) next to a dab from my most recent jar (right) and the differences are obvious. I can no longer use the product. For nearly 9 years it was the best I had found. But no longer is that the case.

This is normally a very thick, creamy, wonderful product, but not this batch. It's thin and runny. The company shouldn't have sold this product in this state. Not impressed.

I’m so disappointed. I loved what Era ORGANICS produced- now it’s Era BOTANICS, even though it’s still advertised as the previous formula. The new one is a thin consistency and just not the same. The elixir version is the same story. Please bring back your old formula!

Era Botanics relief cream is light in smell. I catch oatmeal and honey, mainly. Very subtle and expected, given they are ingredients. Texture is smooth, slightly greasy. Spreads easily and absorbs quickly. Leaves a slight scent. My skin felt less rough and better moisturized. It did not trigger any sensitivities.I was pleased with this cream after several uses and am happy to continue using.

I originally got this relief cream for my god daughter bc she gets eczema dry itchy patches around the elbow front area. It is always so dry and itchy. I always see her scratching herself when she visits. So I asked her if I could try this cream and see if it helps. Usually she is reluctant bc some creams or lotions in the past make her feel like it slightly burns or causes discomfort. But as soon as I applied some on her arms she said it felt cooling to her and that she did not feel itchy or the urge to scratch. She makes it a point to ask for more cream when she comes out of the shower or bath or when she feels itchy again. So for that alone I was incredibly pleased. Next up I tried it on my super dry n cracked heels and you can see how easy it absorbed into my skin, I wish you could feel how soft my heel is right now. I love how it immediately gives me relief and even after it dries I don't have the urge to scratch. Wow so smooth n soft who knew my heels coukd be so supple. Now I am trying it on my right knee and now that it is dry the left n right is night and day. So I am going to use it on both knees as well now. It is somewhat thick but super creamy and easy to apply and rub into the skin. It absorbs intonyiur akin quickly. I even have a patch on my back I have been constantly scratching due to menopause and when I apply this cream I don't feel the urge to scratch anymore and I feel relief.
