I bought these to bring back to life a several year old and used MP280.By back to life I mean, it sat in a closet for years, but otherwise worked before.The ink had dried. These cartridges looked like new cartridges.A cannon rep once gave a very detailed explanation about why I shouldn't use aftermarket or non canon Ink cartridges, and it narrowed down to precision of ink flowing through the nozzles and how small the holes are, and, and and.Bottom line, these cartridges replace the ink and the head.Are they brand new? I don't know :)Did they work?They worked great for regular printing. I have not attempted to print any photographs with these (yet).My 5 stars is based on:- They shipped super fast- The things worked first try without flaws- They followed up to ask me how it was working (hence why I'm writing this)- Good price point

I had a poor initial product experience (pale color ink), but the staff at MIROO went out of their way to make it right for me, without my asking. They sent me a free replacement set at no charge, and they followed up to ensure my experience was improved. My experience was indeed improved, and I am satisfied with the prints and copies now being made with these cartridges. I am very impressed with their customer service efforts!

EDIT 8/17: The seller contacted me and offered me a replacement or refund. They were very proactive about making the problem right and I got my refund quickly. Thank you :)------Sadly, there seemed to be a problem with my color ink cartridge. The cyan and magenta worked fine, but no yellow ink would come out. I waited too long to use this ink and was past the return window.With nothing to lose, I looked up methods of clearing a clogged ink cartridge and tried some methods I found online (steam, alcohol on a q-tip, etc) but sadly nothing worked. After this experience, I'll stick to OEM cartridges, though I'm glad these worked for other people.

Just started using these and I am very impressed with how clear the prints are coming out. It didn’t even require that I run a cleaner operation prior to use which sometimes I have had to do with other brands but that has more to do with the printer itself. There was also no excess bleeding so no wasted ink. I will updated review once I see how long these last in comparison to name brand ones I usually buy.

I was approached by the company to try these ink cartridges out for free. I have purchased another brand's re manufactured ink and wasn't impressed, so I went into this with realistic expectations. So far I've only needed the black ink, but it has been working great! There were no issues when I put it in and it lasted a good amount of time.

works fine, BUT ran out in less than 3 weeks of use. I am not constantly printing and this is FAR less life than the original equipment cartridges. I won't buy this brand again. UPDATE: The company issued a full refund with no strings. i had already replaced the cartridge and was NOT asked to send the defective one back. I may try again.

The first two I ordered worked great for my Canon mx410. But for some reason this previous order of my printer ink the color cartridge and must be missing one of the colors or something means everything comes out of shape and pink or red I’ve change every setting on my printer to make sure that was the problem and definitely not a printer or the computer that’s using it .unfortunately I didn’t realize it until after seeing return Date had passed since I had that is the color since I bought it until today. So now I’m stuck without a color cartridge and I’m kind of afraid to order another one for fear that it will be like this one. And I guess there goes my discount I was getting for buying the generic part one failed cartridge a and I guess there goes my discount I was getting for buying a generic remanufactured cartridge now I am in the same boat I would’ve been with no color cartridge and having to purchase another one and probably would have cost me the same amount of money just to buy the cannons in the first place. And somewhere on the Amazon website I read that Miral has a two year warranty on them but I have been unable to find anything on their website for that cartridge him a ticket there to contact them about their warranty.

Ordered black and color combo pack. Black works and color is not working. Can't seem to process a return or exchange easily. Disappointed.EDIT- after 2 attempts to have a color cartridge replaced, no luck. Company asked I update my review. I changed to 4 stars bc they were responsive to a refund.
