Great jar just thin glass
Does what you’d expect. Just be mindful the glass for the jar is quite thin.

Love this!
First time doing a sourdough starter and wanted a large capacity, which this jar has. Love the size, look and have made yummy sourdough using it. Would recommend. As other reviews state is quite thin glass not sure how fragile it is but I've had no issues.

A must if you make sour dough
Wish I bought this sooner. Much easier to use than Kilner jars. The temperature gauge is useful and the material cover is a good idea. Plus a lovely little spatula
