Great product and a fraction of the price from elsewhere

I tried this as soon as it arrived tonight. I have serious neck and shoulder pain and need immediate relief. This wasn't it. It works fine, I felt the pulses through my hand and fingers but it doesn't stick. It won't stick to the back of my neck, it won't stick to my lower neck, I had it over my shoulder, where you'd hang a handbag... no sticking there and I even tried it on my belly whilst lying flat. The edges curled up, so no sticking there. The round operation pack is very light, but too heavy for the (non) sticky pad. This is very much a waste of money. My gut told me no, to start with, but all these good reviews made me reconsider. I should have stuck with my gut instinct.So unless you have plenty money to throw away on bad items that don't work, I'd definitely advise you avoid this item like the plague

I gave 4x cos i was nt the one who used this product but my sister inlaw who has being having backache so I bought this product for her and she said she likes it.

Works as described and great value. Very quiet, charge lasts ages.

Great massager aid. Portable, lightweight and easy to use. I can recommend this product to other buyers.

Worth the money but an honest review is that it is very noisy, don't expect to watch without turning to volume up to hear it, its akin to a drill in the background lol! Also at full speed it lasts only about an hour. Feels damn good though, especially if you have achy legs after a long day at work, or achy muscles after a gym, definitely needed. Glad a purchased! The noise is the only downside for me, I don't mind it lasting about an hour, longer would have been better though

Thought it works well, and charge lasts quite long so far. Saw comments about good warranty service, and feel with the warranty it's a very good deal.

The product is so easy to handle and its use is superb, I used the product to relieve pain from vigorous exercise, walking and sitting for long periods. I recommend this product to my friends.

I purchased it to gift to my grandma in Italy. It was working fine at the beginning but after 20-30 days of use, it started stopping after every 2 mins of use. Thought it was a charging issue, put it on charging for 4-5 hrs, no working at all. Since them it just completely stopped working.And as it was being used in another country, I couldn’t get it back on time. Now cannot exchange or return it. All my money lost for nothing and the gift gone to nothing.
