LEFT HANDED bits
The bits are fairly good quality, especially for the price, but for some reason the description fails to mention that they are LEFT HANDED direction (you can actually see that by examining the photos).I suspect that these are expressly intended for boring machines, a single flat on the shank being another giveaway of that.So, unless you have a fancy reversible drill press, you can only use them hand-held - which for the most part, kind of defeats their purpose. Having said that, I did try them in my cordless drill and, yes you can drill a fairly clean hole, but it will take a while.
