Just plug in to install and a range of capacities to fit most needs and budgets
Lost a 5TB disk last year and with it went all of my backups, I now have six of these of various capacities and contents are coded by case colour, No setup required, just connect with a cable and they are ready to go. Work well over USB3.1. If one of these packs up I have not lost everything and the cost of replacement is far less. Up to now they have all proved to be reliable (eight months). Not the fastest devices in the world but have got a more than acceptable turn of speed. Small, neat and good value.

Plugged staight in to my new LG TV
Attached to the usb port on my new LG TV.Used it for recording direct from the tv planner guide, worked just like majic.Recorded and played back no fuss at all. Great quality picture too.

I Hope Yours Doesn't Pack Up
In my experience you won't be getting any support from this uncaring sellerW10 Recognised this Hard Drive on DAY 1. Fine I though.DAY 2: no longer recognised. Tried everything. Nothing.I contacted the seller seeking resolution, as per their included booklet. Nothing.Emailed again 3 days later. Nothing.Emailed again 2 days later telling them if they don't respond I'll be leaving an appropriate Negative review. Nothing.So here we are.0/10 for product-0/10 for seller.I appreciate mechanical things CAN go wrong but if the seller doesn't care.......I wouldn't take the chance if I were you. There's plenty of similar drives on Amazon, and from decent sellers.Amazon got in touch about my "customer contact experience". I explained my issues.They gave me an IMMEDIATE and full refund.THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE.Never heard from the seller.

Schnelle Lieferung für Produkt
Die Festplatte macht klickende Geräusche, was ich als störend empfinde. Ich weiß nicht ob das normal ist. Jedenfalls habe ich bei anderen Festplatten diese Geräusche nicht. Ich bitte daher um eine Erklärung. Oder aber sie ist schadhaft. Nach wenigen Tagen ist mit der Festplatte nicht mehr viel anzufangen. Ich überlege sie zurückzusenden und eine SSD Festplatte von SanDisk zu kaufen. Kostet mehr, aber es ist Qualität und das zählt.
