I give only 4 stars because it doesn't have a lot of hair, but overall its very good product. Also marker to make hair pink color didn't work at all it was dry. But my 3 years old daughter like it.

Not much hair. A big bald spot at the back. Disappointed with that given Barbie brand is usually great quality.

This is a terrible product. The water trick does not work, we have tried and tried, no color changes. The nail stickers are ridiculous- the fake nails don’t fit the fingers. Don’t waste your money with this!

Poor quality sharp nylon strands in hair granddaughter had several cuts on her hand so binned Barbie would not recommend.I am updating my feed back as customer service have contact me regarding the poor quality and offered me a full refund, this is a fist so thumps up to supplier, It good to see feed back taken seriously.

Don't waste your money on this product. It's a disgraceful con and should be removed from the Amazon shop. The arm snapped off one head within a minute of being out of the box. My Granddaughter was just turning it and not using unnecessary force. The colour change, make up and nails is so slight you cannot notice any change with ice cold or warm water. The false nails are ill fitting and don’t stick well. The pen and the stencils for the hair don’t work. The slide slips down the hair making it very difficult for my 7 year old Granddaughter to use. Even I couldn’t make the shape look anything like it was supposed to be. I bought two of these heads, one for each of my Granddaughters, spending £80 + with postage, and feel sick at the waste. I doubt Amazon will refund as I bought these in October for Christmas, so they were only opened yesterday and the return limit was a date in November. I have virtually thrown hard earned money down the drain.

Broke with first use but Amazon fantastic with their help.
