This bracelet set is nice for men or women. The extender was a little long for my 7" wrist, so I just cut the ends on the beaded bracelet and made new knots for a perfect length.These bracelets can also be worn as anklets, and I'm wearing the cotton linen one as an anklet right now. I bought the double, one fabric and one stone. The fabric one for over my ankle easily, but the stone one was not even close.They are both shown in the images with the same sizing, but the stone one is several inches smaller circumference/perimeter.I like the woven fabric one.
