Really nice coordinating set of banners and balloons. I was a bit disappointed that the balloons didn't inflate quite evenly, some.are a little wonky although that didn't really bother me too much. They are a little vulnerable to bursting if you are too rough with them though. The big number one balloon didn't last more than a day as it was burst open by an over enthusiastic toddler. I've had numerous number balloons in the past and they've never burst that easy so I don't know if it's that the balloons are not thick enough. Or the toddler was just a bit of a thug!I bought paper pom poms and an I am one banner to compliment this set.

The birthday banner was missing letters. It read ‘Happy Birthd’. This was very disappointing to discover on the day of my son’s birthday when it was too late to buy another one. Unfortunately I had already blown up the balloons before I tried to build the birthday banner and discovered the missing letters. In order to be entitled to a refund I needed to return the item, something I could no longer do having used the balloons. Check everything in the pack is in the correct condition before using any of it to ensure you’re entitled to a refund should you need it.

I see some reviews saying there are letters missing to their bunting which is what I thought at first but some of them are just stuck right on the other so make sure you check that!The pompoms need assembled which is fine as I understand that's needed when purchasing these frequently and they are easy enough to do.The balloons is where I had my issue. The number 1 I blew up and it immediately got a hole in it before if was even full so started deflating. The regular balloons feel really thin, some of the tops were ripped off too.

Terrible they did not send the balloons?? This is for my sons FIRST birthday and now the decorations are ruined not to mention the fact you have to make the Pom poms from scratch!! It’s going back a load of rubbish I’m so disappointed I will have to run out last minute and buy what I thought I was getting from you!!! DO NOT BUY WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME

Awful. Tissue paper and ribbon isn’t a pompon. Great if you want to be crafty I’m sure but six of us couldn’t figure out how to get a pompon out of this. Appalling instructions, we all did something different following same instructions and none worked

I am devastated. My baby’s birthday is tomorrow, I just opened the banner bag and only half the Happy Birthday letters are in it!!!! I now have no time to get it for his party tomorrow.

I liked the variety of products in the package. The banner is of a good size and length. The poms poms were abit fiddly to figure out about opening up but once done, they were of cute size.The only slightly downside experience for me was having to find a shop that would fill the helium balloons and none would do so despite an offer of payment. In the end, we had to buy another set of helium balloons.

Really disappointed, bought the set for my son’s 1st birthday party on to find letters missing from birthday banner when I came to put it up!
