Best phone case I have had
This is a great phone case that has plenty of grip while also slick enough to get out of pocket easily, tough build, stiff buttons.

Buttons on the side are to stiff.
Bought 2 case's. My grandson dropped his phone and broke the phone and had to pay ATT $200.00 for an replacement phone that is under contract.

Looks good, but buttons are hard to press
I just wanted to say that I love how this case looks and feels. The outside shell is a hard, textured plastic and the inside is a smooth, slightly flexible plastic. It seems sturdy and heavy, which I love. I would trust this case to protect my phone from a drop.My ONLY complaint, is that the buttons are very difficult to press. The plastic is stiff, VERY stiff. Moreso than any other phone case I've used before and I've had several, includong for my S20 FE. Pressing the buttons is do-able, but if you're pressing the volume and power buttons somewhat often, it's a bit tiring. Sometimes I'll press multiple times (with force) just to get the button to respond.I don't know if I got an unusually defective one, since nobody else seems to have a problem with this, but it's a deal-breaker for me. I already used the screen protector and the case for a few days, so I don't think I'm able to return it.Edit: I just figured out what the problem is! The buttons on the case are too thin and don't press against the phone buttons, so you need to press with a lot of force to get the phone to respond. To solve this, I put three layers of duct tape together and cut it to shape with scissors, then applied the tape on the bottom side of the buttons to fill some of the empty space. It works perfectly and the buttons are much softer to press. It's unfortunate that I need to fix this problem, but I'm happy that I can use ithe case with no complaints now.
