Description states that this is Roomba Combo J series replacement kit, but replacement filters in kit do not fit Roomba J5i.

The description of the product wasn't clear enough. It stated it fit J series combo it does not actually fit all j series combos!

Terrible customer service
I ordered a replenishment kit off the iRobot app on October 18 with an estimated delivery of Oct 23-26. My credit card was not charged for the purchase until Nov 4, and on Nov 15, I contacted iRobot to inquire about the package since I had not received it. It took them a week to respond, but they said it would be delivered by the end of the day. It was not. I contacted them again on Nov 28, and they said the package would arrive by the end of the week. It did not. I contacted them again on Dec 5 asking them to refund my account since the package was clearly lost or never shipped in the first place. A customer service agent responded over a week later asking if I had received my package. I had not. I once again asked for a refund, and I have not heard from the company in over 2 weeks. I have submitted a complaint with the BBB and disputed the charge with my credit card company. Do better, iRobot - this is theft.Update: They did eventually refund my order, but it required getting the Better Business Bureau involved.
