I was looking for an Italian pasta cookbook, as it is one of my favorite dishes. The book has plentiful recipes to choose from, with easy-to-follow instructions that a novice like myself can follow. A bonus is the instruction on making the sauces correctly, as I would have struggled with this part of the cooking in the past. This book has helped me make authentic and tasty pasta dishes.
