Works Well. My setup is Kickr, Garmin HR and Cadence, Apple TV 4K running Zwift
Have used this now for nearly 3 months and it is a great little piece of tech. The setup guidance in NPE website is good. No problem getting the Garmin HR and Speed/Cad sensor to be detected by the software.Once that is done the outputs need to be mapped to the BLE Output. You can rename the Cable's default Bluetooth if you wish. I left mine as default.I found that the phone and the Apple TV were both trying to connect to the cable. So you need to then forget the cable from the phones list of know BTooth connections. The guidance does advise that but who reads all the guidance!?Specific note to Zwift users. I pair only HR and Cadence to the Cable. The Kickr is direct BLE connection to the Apple TV4k.When running Zwift through Apple TV 4k, in the pairing screen let the Cable be detected and then while still in the pairing screen just pedal and wait till you see the cadence value appear on the pairing screen. the HR should show pretty quickly but cadence does take a few seconds to show. On my setup initially I just went straight to Zwift after the sensors were detected but I wasn't getting a reliable cadence.

Works perfectly, a brilliant product.
I bought this to connect my ANT+ Garmin Heart Rate monitor and Garmin Cadence meter to my iPad running Zwift or Fulgaz.Setup is a little fiddly - you have to use the iPhone app to set it up, easy enough, BUT it then isn't made clear that1) you have to close the iPhone app or the devices remain connected to that app and won't connect to anything else2) to pair with Zwift etc. you do in those apps, you do not go into iPad/iPhone bluetooth settings and pair with the cable device signalsOnce I worked that out all plain sailing, been using for a few months now, invaluable.

Terrible on so many levels
Shocking product on so many levels. (1) no instructions (2) url for instructions doesn't work (3) try googling instructions for a product as badly named as CABLE. Here's a free bit of advice NPE, rename Kable or similar so people can actually find it if you can't be bothered to actually give instructions (4) when I did find out about it's just IOS compatible, no Android which was what I was intending on using it on. (5) price, I was a bit desperate but over £50 for such a similar connector is robbery in hindsight

In our case we have a Tacx Neo and whilst everything works fine on ANT or Bluetooth when I use it upstairs ...
The item came well packaged after a week or so well within the delivery date. Took a little while to get my head around how to make everything work. You need to have access to a suitable device to download the app in my case an i-pad, check this out before ordering. It is a case of placing the CABLE onto the i-pad and activating it. You are given a choice of available ANT devices to then put into the units profile. It is then a case of simply giving the unit a quick tap to activate the unit and it converts all your profiled ANT signals and transmits them as one Bluetooth bundle. In our case we have a Tacx Neo and whilst everything works fine on ANT or Bluetooth when I use it upstairs on my PC with the Tacx software or with Zwift we wanted to use the trainer in the living room to go on Zwift. The cheapest way to do this was to purchase an Apple TV 4GB. The Apple TV unit is Bluetooth only, and whilst it could pick up the Tacx Neo in that format the chest straps on mine and my sons Garnin 520's were ANT only and so we had no HR. This CABLE device has solved that issue. It would also enable my partner to run her Polar HRM chest strap into the unit. Though I haven't tried it I believe it would also be possible to use the CABLE to gather information from a suitable ANT computer like the Garmin and have that coupled up to a basic trainer which whilst not being smart, i.e. varying resistance it would enable a lot of the 'workout' features in something like Zwift to be fully accessible at a reasonable price point.
