Autumn Copper Cascade Solar Powered Water Feature

I just opened the box for the fountain as I have been changing my front garden. It was not easy to follow the lack of instructions on this item. It had numerous holes drilled on the top but no screws or instructions on how to hold the top on. As a result I just had to do the best I could, I put the stones on the top because if I didn't the top would fall off. Not impressed with the product at all poor finish and instruction or lack of them. This cost a lot of money and the product is not value for money. If I had known it was such poor quality I would not have purchased it.

Looks good, runs well but not simple to install with exceptionally poor instructions. Worrying when you're talking about a mix of water and electricity if charging via the mains. Bits left over that make no sense. Had to google other sites to find out that the pump shouldn't be at the bottom of the base despite the suckers on the pump and the extension tubes supplied.

So easy to put together and once the battery is full charge sounds and looks fab. Once the plants grew a bit it likes it's a permanent feature. Looks fabulous

It looks cheap and nasty- the 'copper' looks as though it is painted and not really metal.There are minimal photocopied generic instructions on how to use the pump, but not how to fit the product together.I have contacted the seller several times and they kept suggesting differenet ways of fixing it- but I suspect that they have never actually looked at the product as none of the suggestions worked.I have had the product for nearly a week and still cant fit it together (not me being stupid- the hose and tubing dont fit).I am in the process of sending it back.WASTE OF MONEY

It took a while to work out how to set this up, but I got there in the end.....Top of product is made of metal, but seems to be finished in a plastic copper coloured coating. I think this looks fine and will be less maintenance in the long run....It works well when the sun is out, but am glad I opted for the battery back up version, as I enjoy having it on in the evening....just press the button!It looks great on the patio and makes a soothing sound when running....The instructions are generic and pretty useless....that's the reason I'm marking the product down by one star.....no pictures to show how to set up....have plastic tubing and a net left over....product seems to function without them, but would have preferred to know what they are actually for! Get the instructions sorted and this is a five star product....

Instructions are very basic, in fact no use at all. Pump is not powerful enough to pump water though system, so it does not work.Sending this back, hope I get my money back

Easy clear intructions and assembly completed within 30 minutes. Looks exactly as advertised and does what it says on the tin.
