Found it easy to download app to iPhone, print a larger copy of the user manual, download photos and videos to the thumb drive and transfer them to folders on my laptop with Windows 11 operating system. This was in sharp contrast to another manufacturer's product, which was lower priced, but that I had to return because it could not perform the same tasks.

Gives you instructions on how to use it but it doesn’t go fast enough. What do I mean by that? Well let’s see…….when I just tried to transfer my video over that I made for my YouTube over and check my gallery to see if my video transferred or not, it wasn’t there. But when I created a file, and selected on it and tried to transfer it over to my file it went up to 7% and then froze and it didn’t even go farther then that. Waste of my time and my money!! Don’t buy unless you think you know what your doing!! I don’t understand how this got a 4.6 or a 4.5 it was just like the other pink flash drive that I used a day ago!! I’m just going to save this to sell it for later and just get the top usb port that connects to the 2TB black flash drive and then call it a wrap up, because this really pissed me off. I don’t have time for this. I have a 1TB flash drive and a2TB flash drive. I might as well just get the usb iPhone top port and then just use that to transfer my shit back and forth there instead. I was just looking for one that was pink because I’m a pink galore attic, I even named my channel pink glory. I’ll just paint it pink with the electronic painting proof paint instead of this garbage. I’ll just pawn shop it instead!!

Giving all important details in short sentences. Fast shipping. Easy to download app, once you click on the barcode. The Barcode is printed on directions for easy access. Items downloaded in a good grace period being that I have so much photos & videos. I love the fact that it’s my favorite color pink. It also has an extra iPhone flash drive for selected early stage customers . I’m definitely going to enter it’s free! Giving this item 5 stars so far no issues and easy use.

Super slow to transfer. When it does transfer it doesn’t transfer completely and transfers with a lot of errors. Most of my photos weren’t able to be open on my computer and a lot had lines through them. Then all but a handful of files that were originally transferred ended up erasing on their own. I was super hopeful for this to work but no luck.

The media could not be loaded. I was able to download the app and read the instructions with ease. The problem of why I gave 4 stars was because like other users it took me a total of 5-6 times of trying to get the photos and videos downloaded. For those frustrated. Just keep repeating the steps. It eventually worked, it just took a couple try’s.

Nice to know I can use my flash drive anytime anywhere with any device I have and it's so tiny. I'm glad I made this purchase.

I like the drive it’s easy and convenient and compatible to iOS and android and Mac. It’s good priced and uses an app that u need to download but it’s very simple . Nice buy .
