very comfortable sweatshirt, not heavy but warm and cozy.The size is very good as i wear between L and XL. it is very pleasantly roomy not showing the places of your body u would like to be noticeable. IT gives a comfort to feel assured.

i do love this sweatshirt especially for the price, couple minor complaints are that around the forearms are tighter than the rest making it harder to roll or pull them up which i always do. also i wouldn’t necessarily say it’s cropped but it could be a little longer in my opinion. other than that it’s a cute color & good material. i got an XL & would say it fits more like a L

Warm and cozy. Fits great. Not to thick or thin.

I purchased this sweatshirt in the navy blue in large because I wanted to be sure it would fit before I bought more. When I received it, the fit was good, a little loose at the hips but I bought to wear around the house so I want it comfortable. I'm 5'2" and 137#, so even though it looked short in the online photo, the length came just to the bottom of my hips, arms were a little long, but that is usual for me. It is lightweight and soft. So...I ordered two more because the price was really good. I ordered the white and the steel gray. Both were larger than the original one I ordered. The white was about an inch wider, the gray was 2" wider under the arms and at the hips. I don't know if it was labeled wrong, but seemed more like an XL. There is definitely no quality control on the sizes! I'll keep the white and hope it will shrink a little if I wash it in really hot water, the gray has to go back.

Not petite but good quality, got the petite pants Hanes makes, so I'll just fold up the sleeves once be ok.

I have problems finding sweatshirts that fit well and look nice, because I have a larger chest area, but most sweatshirts billow out from my chest & shoulders and end up making me look like a Sherman tank, and usually the neckline it too tight.I saw the photo of this Hanes EcoSmart sweatshirt and what really caught my eye was the neckline, it looks like it sits just a little lower near the top of the collarbone so no more choking. I also like the shorter length and the smaller elastic band at the bottom, as well as the description of the lighter weight fabric -- which contains RECYCLED PLASTIC! How cool is THAT?I bought the "violet splendor" one in large, with hopes that it wouldn't shrink when washed.I loved every thing about it and immediately ordered it in "ebony", and then one in XL in "light steel." I found the large size fits slightly better than the XL for me, as the XL is just a little too long and looks just a bit too boxy over my larger boobs. I may try washing it in warm to see if it shrinks.What I like: The weight of the fabric is just heavy enough to be warm without being hot, but it also has a breathability to it, so it's not stifling. The inside fleece does shed a bit, but I found if these shirts are washed inside-out, that helps the shedding, and it also helps avoid pilling. I LOVE the neckline, it's not too tight like unisex sweatshirts can be. The arm length is just right, and the elastic is just forgiving enough that you can push them up without cutting off your circulation. The shorter length is also much more flattering than the longer length of most unisex sweatshirts.Things to know: Like I said above, washing inside-out in cold water will help the inside fleece shedding issue, as well as fluff it up a bit to avoid pilling, which can be a problem. To avoid shrinking, I discovered that air-drying on a hanger while still inside out and then tossing them into a warm dryer (still inside-out) for about 10 minutes afterwards keeps the inside fleece fluffy without shrinking.After five washes so far, my sweatshirt is holding its shape very well and it just gets softer each time. I was skeptical that recycled plastic could be used to make a soft sweatshirt, but now I am hooked on these and will probably get a couple more.

I read reviews saying to size up so I did. It doesn’t fit small, fits true to size. But I’m not mad cuz it’s giving me 90’s kid throw back vibes. The outside feels like a traditional sweatshirt and the inside is very soft. Very cute.

I really like this top. It’s good that they are shorter than most. Yes, the are also wide on the body but I personally like the look of them. The material is very soft and they appear well made. I liked it so much I ordered another. An added bonus was the Black Friday sale price.
