RothcoColor Camo BDU Shirt Military Shirt

I was planning on getting the BDU shirt for a sorta jacket over my shirt during the summer. I ordered it and the shipping time was as expected and the packaging was all right.The product itself came with a couple of dozen loose threads but it took me 1 minute to cut them all with scissors so although the build quality is all right, it can be better with a little time. It is reinforced and looks and feels very durable. I am 145 Pounds at around 5'10-5'11 and I got medium (as I usually get medium). There is no way I can wear this shirt standalone because it is baggy so if you are thinking to button it up go one size smaller but if you're looking for a jacket top that's kind of loose and gives military vibes or chills vibes, get your normal size.Unlike Knockoff BDU's, the color on these do not fade. It has been through 3 cycles and no button has fallen off and no color has gotten lighter. All in All, I would give this product a 9/10 because it is something I will wear often and for BDU's, its the cheapest on Amazon and the best value.

I picked this up for use with a costume and it served its purpose quite well. I went with khaki as I going for a sort of steampunk safari guy look but didn't want to spend $70 to $200 on an actual safari jacket (nice though those are). In order to make it work, however, I needed to modify things slightly. I painted the buttons and glued some decorative gears on them (thin flat gears so as to still be able to use the buttons), I did the same for the adjustment buttons along the sides and the cuff buttons. Additionally, as the buttons are hidden and I wanted the appearance of buttons down the front at least I sewed some of these same gears (built up a bit to look more like buttons) on along the button line. Also added some other bits to make it work.It worked quite well for cosplay, and from a practical standpoint I am sure it will hold up quite well. The stitching is all well done and solid, there are spots where they could have perhaps been a little more careful to trim the thread off closer to the garment but that is just being nit picky. Its at least as good as the other BDU uniform jackets I have and was a lower price. I would heartily recommend this for either practical or costuming purposes.

This is a great fit excellent BDU top the reason for a four star is I want to get rothcos attention on 1 lil thing they may want to change and I did not catch it initially when you order there is rip stop and solid / military calls this warm weather/ cold weather the difference is ripstop is like a nylon easy similie is tent material and it’s for warm weather and solid is more of a full cotton and would be considered cold weather I didn’t catch this right away and it does make a difference in having a matching set when worn together, lucky for them I want both styles so I’m buying some of each I am not going down another star because this is perfect in almost every other way I just hope they read and maybe change why I put a four star they fix this ill goto five star.

So I had a bit of a problem when I ordered this the first time around. It said it was delivered, but it never showed up. I waited a few days after to see if it would arrive. Never did. I got in touch with Amazon about it, and they sent a replacement the very next day. Only took about 2 days to get here. So massive thanks to Amazon for sending another one and not being an absolute pain about it.The shirt, it's pretty nice. It's definitely a tougher fabric. So it's not like you're getting super cheap material with it. However, with it being a tougher fabric, it's also a little stiff and may need to be broken in for a bit, before it gets really comfortable. It seems to run a little big, though. Cause I normally wear a medium and this definitely fits like a large. Which isn't that big of a deal with me. But I would recommend going a size smaller. All in all, I really like it.

This is styled, and fitted, like a jacket, but the fabric is thinner and lighter enough so you can wear it like a shirt. It's a little short for my taste, and HUGE. I normally wear a 2X for comfort, but the 1X size is still very large. Except for the length. It barely comes below the top of my pants. I was looking for something with more pockets than normal, and this is certainly that. But it's not going to be my favorite shirt.

as a former IDF combat soldier, I was expecting a nicer matirial to wear as a "Battle dress uniform". since I don't know how many battles ROTHCO has fought (and mind you, I love this company and it's clothings), but these uniforms are not comfterble for either combat or active service. the matirial is more fitting for my ALEF uniforms when I use to go home or go to military ceremonies. I would not recomend this shirt for any sweat related combat activaties. it would be nice for outdoor shooting as it is nice and hold lots of poctes and is worthy of a "favorite shirt to get dirty with".maybe it'll be nice for a horse ride out in the contry or just chill in a camp fire. but I would NOT recoment it for military activities

The durability alone will make you buy this shirt. I love BDU's , as I was for many years doing security and our uniforms were as such. Moreover in my non work life, this type of shirt is very comfortable, useful and great looking. In cooler weather can be used as an extra layer almost like a jacket. The shirt has big pockets that are great if you don't want to carry items in your hands or pants pockets. Pair this shirt up with the same brand BDU pants and you have a look that is not only functional but can also fit in many situations. Use this for everyday knock around shirt, for fishing, camping and of course if you do security it's a winner. The price is right for this versatile shirt. Buy true to your size. It suppose to be big almost like a jacket but it is a shirt. For the price this is a steal. Buy a few today!

It’s not up to par with modern BDU shirts but if you want to get the same type of look and feel that they had back in nam, this is it. But to make it really authentic looking you will need to remove extra layer of fabric on the elbows and remove the bottom pocket to just come close. I’m going to use it for airsoft not a reenactment so it’s fine and will blend in with the rest of my gear. That stuff is actually from nam thanks to my grandpa being part of the air Calvary.

サバゲでWW2のアメリカ風な恰好したいけど、サイズがない！おっ！これそれっぽくてええやん！買ったろ！実物はサイズぴったりだけど、ブラウンが濃いやんけｗｗそりゃコヨーテブラウンだけどさぁ・・写真に写っているような感じじゃない！(TωT)まぁこの色でもアリなので、上下そろえて特攻じゃ(･ε･')

作りは良いです。165Cm67ｋｇでＳだと少し大きいです。ＸＳがお勧めです。返品交換の対応はとても親切かつ早い対応で凄く安心しました！
