Prints great! Doesn't play nice with Arc Fault circuit breakers
So far I've had the printer for a couple of hours. Print speed is fast, and the quality of both color and black and white are great. The only problem I encountered was that every time I tried to use it, the Arc Fault breaker in my main panel would trip. As code in my area doesn't require an Arc Fault breaker for bedrooms ( I've converted a bedroom into a home office ) , I simply changed out the Arc Fault 15 amp breaker for a standard 15 amp breaker and all is good now. Works great on a standard breaker. If you are in an area that requires Arc Fault breakers for the room that you are using, just keep that in mind. For me this was a simple fix, but I understand that some people are not comfortable with changing out a circuit breaker in a main panel. As safety regulations become more stringent, it makes things like just hooking up a simple printer a chore. It doesn't mean that there is anything wrong with the printer either. The arc fault breaker just incorrectly senses that there is an arc happening during normal printer operation. It has to do with the way that acr fault breakers operate and can get a false positive on appliances like this printer. Don't be afraid to buy this printer. It's a great printer. Just keep in mind that you "may" need to plug it in at a location that doesn't have an arc fault circuit breaker.

Connects easily to our WiFi network. Prints beautifully.
I love how easy this printer is to setup on the WiFi network. Works great with our computers. It prints from our Android and iPhones without a problem.

A printer Issue but Brother made it good very quickly.
The first printer that arrived was dead out of the box with a 1D error.I called Brother support and they were very good and on top of the issue. They sent me another printer in 2 days and it works great. The printer setup is a bit annoying with all the push ads, but the printer works great.I would have given 5 stars except for the dead delivery. I guess Quality control needs a bit of work. All that aside, I am very happy with the printer. Being that I use it rarely but need a color laser for prototyping, I did not opt in for the toner delivery as I do not print more than 40 pages a month if that.

Very Good Printer - Brother needs to work on a coordinated installation process
Very nice printer. Fast, fairly quiet. The color output is much better than I expected based on the reviews. The installation process needs work. I got very tired of seeing the "Cannot Print 02" error. After shutting off and unplugging the printer several times, it finally kicked in. Brother desperately needs to bring all of their groups together: firmware, security, toner, accessories, installation, apps, networking, and customer service to present one front to the customer. The installation process looks like a bunch of mom and pop small businesses that are held together by a shoestring each trying to serve the customer in their own way. For example: 1) use the same look and feel (design) for all of the groups. 2) Insure that all handoffs give clear directions and make sense. 3) Include all of the new printers in the customer service database. 4) Allow search keywords to not include dashes or even the prefixes. 5) Allow the customer to search and find on well known errors such as "Cannot Print 02". 5) delete all old webpages worldwide.

I won’t buy again
Update: DONT do subscription. Doesn’t work - they send ink a WEEK after it is completely gone! Crazy. The printer will constantly annoy you about not using their authentic toner - so expect to have to clear that EVERY SINGlE print job. They will charge you for every page printed - I never got toner, but they will now charge me for the 100 pages I had to print anyways 🤣. Update: Not only are they now charging me for the toner I never even received but they sent more toner - that I can't return that they insist I need to pay as a 'setup' toner fee. Incredible. The TONER DOESN"T WORK AFTER YOUR TURN OFF SUBSCRIPION _ TOTALLY DISHONEST TO SEND TONER THEY KNOW WILL NOT WORK AFTER SUBSCRIPTION.I'm guessing a bunch of "really smart" marketers think they have figured out a way to make their failed subscription service at least make money the first month.Unfortunately, those marketers will be gone by the time I need to buy another printer and I will NOT be buying from Brother after this experience.Piece of junk. I can't get a single project to print smoothly. NOT ONE.The printer after one “firmware” update will no longer print from my computer. Only from a mobile phone!! Not the point….it is truly annoying.I did a TON of research before purchasing this printer. I mean Amazon reviews but also bloggers, wirecutter, Reddit, talked to people etc etc - I have been putting this order off for months. It seems like no printer on the market works anymore based on reviews here. Some require subscriptions?! For Apple users who needed color and didn’t want to deal with clogging of an ink jet printer if I didn’t use it daily (and all the cleaning required), this model kept coming up on top of lists. So I gave it a shot. What is okay:1) does not require a subscription (but it is offered DO NOT DO IT NOT EVEN FOR A WEEK WILL COST YOU $600 and you can't even use the toner!!).2) Print setup easy at first (just won’t work a month later).3) Touch screen works - but keyboard on this little screen is too small to enter password so I used my Apple Pencil and it worked.4) color printing looks fine - definitely not accurate color though if you care. Streaks all over after 2 prints - sucky drums5) quickly got onto WiFi6) love the flat paper tray to preload stack of paper and easy sliders to load different sizes. I was sick of my HP paper loading system that always required nudging. This is a huge upgrade to my printing life. No babysitting! (But honestly, this type of thing is 20 year old "upgrade" so not exactly ground breaking here, the fact that all printers don't do this by now is just showing how bad this industry really is)Note: I’m not printing pictures. I’m an author illustrator and so while I use heavy color, I’m not looking for photo quality and can’t speak to that. But I can’t imagine it could possibly do photos accurately based on paper prints I do.All in all I’ll try to limp through using it 300-400 pages a month off my phone. Hoping maybe another update will come through and fix this issue but for now, USB print doesn’t work and neither does computer.Again, do not do the subscription. Brother is diluting itself if it thinks that is good service. Waiting until something is out- which means the printer is 100% down and will not print even black and white until the required color toner is installed - and they ship slow 5day UPS ground so you are without a printer for a week MINIMUM is a total joke. I don’t get who that could possibly work for…I think this is a scam - people sign up for one month, pay $600 and get scammed.

Setup was easy and the printer works well
Purchased a Brother HL-L3295CDW to replace an aged HL-3170CDW. The old printer could have kept going "forever," but it was a discontinued model that needed its next new fuser. For me, the price/labor tradeoffs favored a new printer. After reviewing the current market as well as PCMag's evaluations, I opted for the HL-L3295CDW and have no regrets. The new printer is better than the old model in every respect to which I am attuned. The printer is connected to my LAN. Setup was quick and easy. I've already printed quite a few pages. Everything I've tried has been flawless. In my household we also have a Brother monochrome laser printer and a Brother lable printer, and both are solid performers as well. Amazon's service was as good as it gets.
