Ahhhh, a Monday start of the week, how I love a Monday start of the week! I have often found what I think will be my next calendar only to find that it has a Sunday start. I appreciate these are a bit few a far between, but they are out there in this monthly format.I like my weekends to nestle together thank you. The birds are based on 6 designs, being a 6 month repeat on the design, so Jan and July are the same - plenty of time to have forgotten what the design was I think.The paper feels really nice and thick, but I suspect you will get bleed through with a Sharpie or similar. I use a pencil or biro, so no issues there.I am not a rip off the month sort of person, and you could do this as this is only printed one side, but do people do that? You will end up all skinny feeling calendar wise at the tail end of the year.For an attractive and functional calendar, I really do like this (as well as the birds!).

I need a wall hanging calender with 1 month on show and each day having enough space for me write in my appointments for the day. I've had those calenders with beautiful pictures one side and the month of the other and those punched holes just don't last the year. This has the metal spiral binding which is great, no more holes tearing. I also like that this one starts on a Monday not Sunday - its easy to see my week ahead. I also like the notes column down the side, handy when I have switch things around and remind of some things.
