Added another Ordnance Survey Explorers Series map to my collection to fill a gap covering an area I was due to visit. These maps are excellent and very useful in the field. I have almost all of the South West of England now.

This map enabled us to reach all the obscure places we wished to see both by vehicle and/or on foot without using a satnav.

The usual high quality OS product but because of its size very difficult to use when out in wet and windy conditions. Oh for the small green cover series - sadly no longer in print. Sure, you can download and print small sections but the sheet itself is still a very large thing to handle even on a table top.
