Good value for money, bought as a good luck amulet for a friend having a run of bad things happening, it made her smile job done

This is a highly detailed Japanese lucky amulet sachet/pouch. (There's nothing inside it, all you get is the pouch itself.) It is beautifully packaged for protection and you can keep it inside the plastic baggy if you prefer. I removed it from this bag to show you the stitching and details up close and clearly (see photos). It's stunning and even features a little bell that jingles gently. Mine has a red pull-cord instead of a blue one like the pictures advertising it, but I don't really mind as it still suits the aesthetic of the product. The price is currently £5.59.

I have often travelled to Japan and this does look very much like what I'd see hanging at the shrines or bring back as gifts. I felt something inside so I did actually open it to check for a omikuji but there was just some cardboard.The pouch itself looks as expected but the cord was red - I actually preferred this colour as for me it has far more significance as a colour in Japan.I think it's really pretty and the embroidery is finished well. Depending on whether handmade or mass-produced really changes the value of these in Japan. The bell on mine didn't work very well.
