Great workouts
i bough this a few weeks ago and have done all 4 dvds.My least favourite was Going Strong. I just found it frustrating, getting up and down off the mat. Also I struggle with a shoulder problem and it was difficult to modify the moves.Vol 1, has 8 drills , all modifiable and takes about 45 minutes altogether. The cool down is far to quick to get to the stretches. I found my heart rate still high, during this and think there should be a short very low impact drill to bring it down.Vol 2, is 41 minutes of drills, followed by all moves done again without a break, another 5 minutes or so. This part is really tough, be warned. The cool down is a bit more progressed. What's with the girl at the back, panting? It wasn't that hard, Lol!Vol 3, similar to 2, but with a core workout.My one criticism is that the moves could all be explained at the beginning, to save interruptions before each new move. I find myself fast forwarding these, as they become familiar. A schedule of which workout to do how often would be useful tooYou will certainly sweat during these workouts and get breathless. I can feel my fitness levels improved already.

Breathless body
Fab set of DVD's definitely get you breathless. I would recommend and I like Amy she's much better than some instructed.Only reason I'm giving 4 star is I would prefer there to be an option where you could skip them demo's of the exercise as she shows you the easy, intermediate and advanced option for each exercise. Once you know the moves it's annoying have to watch when you would rather just get on with I so I just try to fast forward this.Excellent workouts though

Amy Dixon Breathless Body
This is a set of excellent dvds at a great price. It was a recommendation from a friend. It didn't look very hard and I wasn't expecting much after having done Insanity. I did the first dvd and only made it halfway through before having to have a rest. You do one exercise then repeat it for 8 rounds. One person is doing the low impact version, another intermediate and the last one really going for it. Amy Dixon doesn't talk too much, just enough and is really encouraging. The other 3 dvds are just as good. Breathless body is 55 minutes tabata workout. It is also chaptered so you can do all or and how many circuits you wish. Breathless body The Edge is another HITT workout of 55 minutes and felt is just as hard as the first one. Breathless Body HITT It Big is 60 minutes and I felt not as hard as the first two. Going strong is 55 minutes long and is more cardio and strength than the other 3. I would class them as advanced workouts not as brutal as doing Insanity everyday.

Excellent DVD Set, but do not buy if you have knee problems, I loved it until knee/shin issues.
I loved this DVD set, it is brilliant for those wanting to burn calories quickly and get super fit, which I did, until I got shin splints, IT Band issues and knee problems despite warming up and cooling down properly. I'm still using the DVDs but sadly have to avoid doing the advance moves and some of the intermediate ones because of my leg issues. To heal my leg/knee problems I have started foam rolling to alleviate pain and it is working, I hope by doing foam rolling regularly I'll be back doing the advance options soon, pain free this time. Amy is a great teacher and this is a very excellent and value for money DVD set. Ideal for advance, super fit exercisers, but great beginner options too.

Challenging but enjoyable
I thought I was reasonably fit until I did these workouts.They are all fast and furious and follow the tabata style of 20 - 30 seconds intense exercise followed by a 10 second recovery. The only one I haven't done is No. 4, which requires weights and which I find a bit of a faff.

High Intensity Plain n' Simple.
This certainly does the trick, high intensity without any faff. Sometimes a little bit repetitive (as in many reps of the same move, especially when it comes to the ones you personally dread..) but otherwise a flipping good cardio burn. Not much talking or excessive cheering on from the presenter, you just get on with it. Top notch.

4 DVDS zusammen für niedrigen Preis
Die Qualität ist gut für den Preis, spielt gut ab. Man kommt bei den DVDs ordentlich ins Schwitzen, für die Ausdauer wird ordentlich etwas gemacht.

Oui, oui oui !
J ai déjà fait une séance du vol 1 et 2 et cela décoiffe. Le rythme est soutenu ! Pas pour débutant dans le HIIT. commencez d abord par Anais Royer si le cardio/danse ne vous convient pas au niveau de la coordination. Dixon propose 3niveaux de difficultés. Il y a de quoi faire et même si cela dure plus ou moins 50min, le temps passe vite. Je recommande.

Sport intense, dommage qu il ne soit qu en Anglais et pas en Français..On sent bien les courbatures le lendemain !!!
