This product works for me. My wristpain stopped me from holding positions during exercise classes where the wrist is weight bearing at 90 degrees (on Zoom, so not sooo embarrassing🙂), but I now can hold positions and it keeps my hands in parallel! For example: push ups, plank, ‘dog on a lamp post’, you get the idea👍

I just received this item yesterday, right down the middle where they stamped their logo it started peeling before even using ! Like the cork got scrubbed in the middle. So BEWARE, I believe after use now it will get worse . Very disappointed with this item. I'm gonna have to buy another one from another seller I think. I spent just over a tenner , but still , put your logo under so it doesn't damage the cork surface where the feel lay . Anyway. I don't usually write review but I had to for this .

Wedges are great. Took nearly 3 weeks yo arrive which was irritating
