I bought this for my granddaughter and she loves it. The size is just right and she can wear a sweater coat underneath for extra warmth when she needs it most.

My daughter is 4 but tall for her age. I got her the size 7 to ensure the arms would be long enough, it goes all the way down to her knees probably and I had to fold the arms but she loves it and it’s super cute. It has a good quality “plastic raincoat” feel to it. Not cheap, would buy again
