This Cabbage Durham Early Garden Vegetable Seed packet yields medium-sized dark green heads with good texture and rich flavour. This variety can be used as spring greens and cut early before full maturity or it can be allowed to fully grow. This variety is best sown in seed beds in 1.5cm drills preferably from July to August. Once the seedlings start to appear, you may then start to thin them to 5cm apart. Once they grow 10-15cm, you can then transfer them to the growing site approximately 35-40cm apart.
