Wow, this is exactly what I have been looking for. Beautiful design, and wonderful diffuser of my favorite cedar essential oils. Love this purchase.

Everything seemed to be okay at first and I was excited to have such a device. I followed the directions to a T so I was ready to have a nice scent all throughout the house. After about a couple of hours it started acting up and would refuse to work correctly. It surely could not have clogged up this quick and I used premium clean aromatherapy oils that I trust and have used before in other units with zero problems. Maybe I got a defective unit, but I do not know since now it is acting very strange and bubbling on the bottom of the unit instead of out the tiny hole above. I know this is not normal and I am very disappointed that after hours of researching there is literally no solution. I really wanted this to work because when it first worked the scent was incredible and I was so happy at that point but that happiness soon faded. I'm hoping I just got a bad unit and that these are good, but I'm not going to take another chance. With such inconsistency and the unit bubbling on the bottom of the unit it seems to be junk at this point. The pump seems to work fine and I even cleaned the glass atomizer very thoroughly with higher percentage rubbing alcohol just like the instructions said to do. No matter what I tried this unit just won't work. It went from inconsistently working to completely failing and not working at all. It just continues to bubble at the bottom so I give up. One positive thing I can say about it are about the looks. It does look quite nice but I personally do not need the aesthetics and prefer it to just work. I just wish something like this worked and wasn't such a pain, but if it's such a major hassle then it's absolutely not worth it IMO. Maybe they can rework these and figure out a better design. Who knows.

I had purchased a cylinder shaped diffuser from another expensive brand and had nothing but problems from day one! I was so disappointed because this company had the best, and most variety of the latest cold air, nebulizing diffusers. Call me crazy, but if I’m paying approximately $350 for something (plus another $250-300 in oil - I would love it to work correctly right out of the box and not have to deal with all this resetting nonsense, clogged tubes, plastic parts, etc. after about three weeks of a headache and researching other reviewers, I realized how dumb I was to not have purchased the warranty, so I just returned it.Then I found this. (Yea!) So few parts to mess up, and it is so easy, simple, consistent and reliable. You just turn it on and it has a four hour timer (I think). So don’t think you need Bluetooth like the other brand. Once you start getting too complicated, there are just that many more parts to break or get clogged. The oil does not even touch anything but the glass so in the event it does get gunky, it will be so easy to clean. I’ve only had this a few weeks so I have not needed to clean it yet - but i was anxious to leave a glowing review. It sits on a tall shelf in front of a painting, and is not messy in the slightest. I’m not worried about my furniture or the artwork. I will also say that I like the tilted spout - so that I can aim the diffused air away from the wall art (just in case) instead of blowing straight up like all of the other ones do. I will eventually buy one more diffuser for my bedroom and one for my business. You won’t be disappointed. And guess what, I can still use the oils that I had already purchased from this other company because they claim to be 100% natural essential oils, safe for children and pets, and was already formulated to specifically work in cold air nebulizer.

Diffuser came very nicely packaged, there's a thick piece of foam with compartments for each piece. Overall the quality and craftsmanship is excellent, it's smaller/more compact than I expected which was actually a nice surprise.I only have a couple minor complaints first would be the fitment of the glass stopper in the glass vessel. It sits on top securely but it's not a precision fit so oil tends to collect in between the base of the stopper and the rim of the vessel and only slides back down the sides once the stopper is removed. This requires some patience as you wait for the oil to drip off and even then I would definitely suggest placing it on a surface you don't mind getting oil on.The diffuser works exactly as it's supposed to, the sent can be instantly detected once turned on and it's actually possible to see the fine vapor coming out. Turning it on to just a quarter of it's power is more than enough to fill a large bedroom with aroma in no time at all.The motor is fairly quiet when the oil is sufficiently filled, tends to be noticably loud once the oil becomes low. If using while sleeping I would suggest placing it on a surface as far from the bed as possible to avoid any possibility of distrbing your sleep. Just to be clear the noise from the motor is in my opinion quiet and unnoticeable under normal use, however there is a distinct hum if you're listening for it which may bother those with more sensitive hearing.Cleaning is a breeze, just use a little rubbing alcohol, swirl it around a little and you're good to go.The reason for giving it 4 stars is simply because of the price. At this price point it should be flawless, no hum to the motor and no oil build around the rim. It should also allow for finer tuning of the controls instead of only having one option for the running time.As a whole though I will say you'll have a hard time finding a diffuser that does a better job of dispersing aroma.

The media could not be loaded.  It's great to be able to nebulize 100% oil and not deal with the mess of water diffusers. It's quiet and beautiful too!
