Automotive Specialty Tools 303-393A, 303-393-01, and 303-393-02 Flywheel Locking Tool Set Alt

This tool is supposed to hold the crankshaft in a precise position while torquing the crank bolt down. #1 problem... the fit of the adapters (tool comes with 3) to the plate that bolts to the block is so sloppy side to side that when the crank bolt is torqued the tool bent...ie.... the bolt bent due to not being supported by the shoulders of the tool. #2 problem .... the tool broke where the "tooth" of the adapter engages the flywheel . Looking at the broken area you can see that the "adaper" was cast rather than being machined and thus it is weaker. Not recommended.
