I bought this to use to line a snack tray on a 'flight and snack' board I was making. Looking at the reviews, this seemed to be exactly what I needed. I got some mica powders and some liquid pigments along with it and am absolutely thrilled with the results. One image shows just after it was poured. Once it cured and I applied the finish on the rest of the board (Tung oil, for those interested), I started to finish the epoxy. Still not done, need to give it a final polish at this point (second picture). The recipient is thrilled with the look, I am waiting on more of the polishing compounds I use for resins to arrive so I can give it a final hand polish.This resin was easy to mix, easy to color, easy to pour, and no bubbles!A tip when pouring epoxy with wood. Seal the wood first. A thinned epoxy worked well for this, just cover the edge of the wood that will touch the epoxy. If you see bubbles in the cured epoxy around the edges for a pour like this, the wood was not sealed. The bubbles are air that was trapped in the wood. If you give the edge a seal coat first, let that cure, then come back and do your pour, you will get much better results. When pouring, be careful to pour slowly, ideally letting the epoxy flow into your mold if possible (I couldn't here). That will minimize the chances of bubbles appearing. Once poured, keep an eye on it and address any bubbles that appear. You can use a heat gun or small torch (I use a small butane kitchen torch) to carefully heat the spot where the bubble is, popping the bubble. You do NOT have to touch the flame to the epoxy, and you do not need to use a lot of heat. While I have not tried it, I would imagine a hair dryer would be sufficient, as it does not take much. Even if you degas the epoxy before pouring, you can still run into bubbles. There are plenty of ways for air to get trapped. For the record, I did not degas this, just poured and popped what few bubbles appeared. The wood was sealed with shellac sanding sealer.

Easy to use. Great value. Works well for an epoxy. Used it for coating wood and didn’t have any problems with bubbles. Dried clear and looks great

This stuff is great. Dries really clear, is nice to work with....however I wish there was an easier way to pour it. I ended up pulling the plastic liner of the cap out and poking a hole in it so I could pour without it dripping down the bottle.

I was hesitant to purchase this due to the price being so low however I am glad that I did! The resin was super easy to mix, hardened fast and has no bubbles (photos may look bubbly but it is glitter!) The price is a deal too!

And NO bubbles with a self leveling additive! Works Great!

This resin dries clear and hardens well. When stirring it produces a lot less bubbles than other resins I have used. The price is great for a amount of resin you get. I especially like the plug to seal the bottle. It is reusable if you want but the best thing is that it does not leave plastic residue around the edge of the neck as others I have used. All in all I think it is a great product and I would definitely purchase again!
