LUCID Lavender Infused Memory Foam Mattress Topper, Twin XL, 4 Inch, Ventilated Design - Lavender Topper

I have had mines for over 3 years at the time of this writing. Out the box the lavender smell was potent but over time it dissipated and went away completely over the course of a few months. It did not bother me much and the smell made my Man Cave smell better than what it was. Bonus points!The topper inflated rather quickly but I waited 24 hours to use it and when I did...WHEW! Night and Day difference to the bed I had at the time. It felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. I stopped tossing and turning during the night and with my CPAP I sleep so good! People who have sat on my bed immediately wanted to take a nap. It is so comfortable! It can be somewhat difficult to move because it is a very thick topper (Mines was 4 inches) but you get use to it. You also will have to get bed sheets that can accommodate the thickness.Over time this will break down. I am a morbidly obese person (550+ pounds) and I am surprised this topper held up this long. The topper hasn't flattened out but it is breaking apart. The holes are where the breaks started and mines is almost split in two parts. Mines also started to discolor because I sleep hot and sweat. Because it is foam I did not expect it to last as long as it did but I only sleep in my bed and lounge in my computer chair.This was supposed to be a short term solution until I move and get a new bed. I did move and get a new bed and I put this topper on top and it feels amazing. I will have to throw mines away soon and I will be upset as it has been very good to me and my fat. If you are looking to buy this don't expect this to be a long term solution. If your bed is uncomfortable you will probably need to get a new bed. I am giving it high marks because it has been so good to me and I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a foam topper.

I have other mattres topper (tempurpedic) in other house and I needed another while I’m away from home. I got this not expecting much for the price. To be honest I’m sleeping much better in this one. I have hips problems and Lower back pain but with this topper I’m sleeping ver good and I feel less stiffness in the mornings. Also I can sleep longer. For me is not hot at all. I’m very happy with it. Also what I’m doing every week is switching it one side to another.

DID NOT TAKE AS LONG TO PUFF UP LIKE THEY SAID. I WAS ABLE TO USE SAME NIGHT. THE LAVENDER SMELL DIDN'T BOTHER ME. AND I CAN'T EVEN TELL ANYMORE. BUT I HAVE BEEN SLEEPING ON IT FOR A WEEK, AND SO FAR NO BACK AND HIP PAINS. LIKE SLEEPING ON A CLOUD. I ABSOLUTLY LOVE IT. SO HAPPY WITH THIS PURCHASE.

So this picture is after opening it. But decided to wait until morning to put on bed. The instructions state. 48 hours to fully expand flat on bed. We did 12 hours open but folded. Then 12 hours on bed before making it. It is perfect.Our older mattress is a bit thin so our mattress pad and sheets fit fine. But may need deep pocket sheets with larger mattress.It’s so comfortable I had a hard time getting up.I think it keeps bed a little warmer so one less blanket. The scent is light when made.Best Buy for us!

I’ve had my mattress for a good while now and I wanted something to give it a little more “umph”. I bought this topper because I’ve tried and loved the brand before and it was relatively inexpensive. It made my already tall bed taller- to where I now have to jump to get into bed, but definitely added comfort and softness. My only complaint is that it does sleep relatively hot. Though it has holes for ventilation, I notice myself sweating a lot more with the topper than without, which isn’t ideal when you live in the south. If you need cooling, i recommend their gel toppers and not the lavender one. It’s a good product but hot sleepers beware

The lavender is super nice and the topper is very soft. Just be sure to be able to have a space where it can sit for 48 hours. I have a studio and it sat in the middle of the floor but it was worth it! Just be prepared to wait!

My daughter is very much a Goldilocks. She’s very particular about how things need to be, and her bed stopped being comfortable for her. It was a source of many complaints. This did the job well helping her sleep with the beautiful lavender scent. It also had a price tag that didn’t make me squirm. It was a great compromise for my little Goldilocks!

3" is great for support and comfort. If you like the smell of lavender this mattress pad will not bother you. The smell is obvious. First few days my whole room smell like lavender. Not used to the thickness of the foam, will take a little getting used to rolling over, but is doable.

I’ve tried sooooo many mattress toppers to help with my sore spots on my hips I could open a bedding shop! They’ve all gone elsewhere as they didn’t hit the spot do to speak. This four inch one has nailed it! It’s wonderful and very hard to get out of bed in the morning it’s so comfy and easing the pains I get laying on my side in bed. With that and the new pillow top mattress we bought that also missed the mark and a base that has very deep draws, I almost need a foot stool to get in. But it’s worth the hike ha ha. On a normal height mattress and base it’d be fine. Thoroughly recommend it for those suffering the ravages of time like me. Sleep like a baby in a cot again!!

I've read a lot about memory foam toppers, and since my pillow top king sized mattress (which cost way too much money) is starting to get long in the tooth, I figured I'd take the plunge when I saw this available with Prime shipping. When I bought the Lucid 3 inch lavender memory foam, I didn't really know what to expect. It arrived in a small box, and after a few minute struggle with several layers of plastic, it was inflating on the hardwood floors in my dining room. Even though the instructions said to wait 48 hours, I couldn't resist throwing it on the bed that night to take it for a test drive. Boy am I glad I did. It really was the best night's sleep I've had in years. Since I didn't air it out properly, it did smell rather strongly of lavender. That didn't bother me too much as I like the smell of lavender, and after a few minutes, you stop consciously smelling it. So, when I woke up the next morning, I stripped the sheets off to let it air out during the day. That night, the sheets went back on and the smell was much more subtle. Another dream sleep. I often wake up in the middle of the night for a bathroom break, and have trouble getting back to sleep. Not any more. All I can remember now is waking up, making the trek, hopping back into bed, and thinking -- oh my goodness this bed is comfortable. I can't say if the product will hold up for years, or if it will get too hot on a scorching Australian night, but I can say that the first few nights on a Lucid memory foam topper have completely changed my relationship with my bed. I hope it lasts forever.

I don't know how I managed without the memory foam topper. Sublime comfort and so needed for my body now that I'm in my 70's and have back discomfort. Highly recommended.

My husband and I got this extra mattress because the one that the house had was horrible. So we needed it to cover it with something.So we got this extra mattress.The first and most important thing to mention is that our nights improved a lot. My husband is very pleased with it and eventhough we're considering getting a proper mattress in a couple of months it does work to have more comfortable nights. In my particular case with this lavander cover, I can't sleep over my back for a long period of time as I wake up with a backache. It's alright if I sleep over my side. This usually happens to me when the surface is very rigid, or as I discovered with this mattress, very soft. So yes, it's fine, but I'm still not really happy with it as these backaches do no happpen to me with a normal comfy mattress.However it's way better than nothing and my husband is actually enjoying it.
