It doesn’t working on my iPhone 13.It works on iPhone 10.

I inserted the SIM in the 2nd SIM slot on my OnePlus 6 and it worked really well in both HK and mainland China. It uses China Mobile's 4G LTE network which is super fast and has extensive coverage pretty much everywhere I go. Best part is that you will have full access to internet including Google services (gmail, google maps, etc) while in China. I think it's due to this being a HK SIM.It took a bit longer than expected to activate when I inserted it for the first time. Once it's active, however, it worked really well. The 3GB data that comes with it should be plenty for 7-10 days unless you hog the likes of YouTube.

Tried this card in both Chongqing and Guangzhou which are 2 major city in China. Never got 4G or LTE speed as it’s written on the package. Only can get 2G speed and still not stable connection. Called the 400 customer service number of China Mobile Hong Kong. They can do noting about the slow speed. Don’t waste your time and money on this SIM card.Update: 2nd day of using this card. No signal at all since this morning. For both Guangzhou and Beijing today... really regret getting this card. I figured this could be result of tension between Mainland and HongKong.

Pros: worked with my unlocked iPhone when I was in China last October. Can access all the usual websites outside of PR China (the main reason why I give it a 4 star rather than a 3 star review)Cons: it only provided edge speed for most of the time even in major cities like Shanghai or Beijing. The signal disrupted more than I liked when I was riding on high speed train or by car on highway.Overall it served my basic communication needs.

This has a really slow connection speed when used. I have not seen it go 4G or even 3G on mainland China. Get the other brand.

I was in mainland China for 10 days on a tour. I did not need to make or receive phone calls either in China or the U.S., I just wanted to be able to access the internet. Wi-Fi in China is VERY dangerous: you do not want to risk getting your phone hacked (2 people on our tour had major problems after linking to the hotel's Wi-Fi). I contacted my wireless carrier and had my old iPhone unlocked (this must be done prior to your trip). This SIM card was easily installed using the tool provided. Once in China I followed the directions on the attached card and immediately had internet access. The card has a VPN so most websites work. I was able to post to Facebook, get my emails, send texts and even had a videochat on Hangouts with my kids back in the U.S. (Viber and WhatsApp are more complicated as you will have a different Chinese phone number). Some of my fellow travelers paid $10/day, $100 total, to their carriers back home to enjoy the same internet I got for $16 total with this card!

The SIM card doesn't work. I put the SIM card in my iPhone and read the instruction very carefully. I changed all the settings according the instruction. But it still didn't work. Then I tried to contact the customer service. However the phone number they provide is not a real phone number. It just send me a useless text. I also tried their website. There was no clue either. It gave me a lot of headache for my whole trip. I have to return it.

This card worked great. I installed and turned on my phone at the Hong Kong airport. No troubles, my phone connected and worked right away. I spent a couple of days in Hong Kong and 10 days in southern China (Shenzhen/Dongguan area). I had 4G connection in both Hong Kong and China (in China I had to enable roaming as suggested in the instructions). There were areas in China where I lost signal but my coworker's China cell phone also dropped signal in the same areas. The nice thing was the included VPN which pointed my IP to Hong Kong. I was able to access all my Google apps/features/chrome, Facebook and other sites that were blocked when I used WiFi.
