These eye shields work a treat, blocking stray light from being a distraction. Although I wear glasses, I use binoculars without my glasses. These ensure only the light through the eyepieces enters my eyes. As shown fitted to my Nikon Monarch binoculars. However, £19.99 for a pair is steep. Considering two pairs cost £24.99, that makes a pair really £5, the other £14.99 is for packaging, a really unnecessary tin box.As these seem to be the only worthwhile product to do the job (no cheaper Chinese copies available?), I have bought two pairs.

You might need to stretch them a bit, but they work on the 30xW eyepiece on my old Kowa TSN4 birding scope

Not cheap and may be awkward to fit on some brands of binoculars, due to differences in the factory fitted eyecups, which these are designed fit over. That said, they are good quality, and can be folded down when not in use. & yes they have improved the view and enjoyment of 2 sets of my binoculars immensely - Recommended.

Does what it's supposed to do. Blocks the light effectively from the oculars. Only flaw is they tend to slip from the oculars when you put the binoculars in the bag.

Overpriced but work well.

Expensive for what you get. Have use eyepieces before which where of a higher quality and thickness. Don't see the need for a fancy tin box which could have taken £5 of the overall price.Thicker quality ones should last for years which means you don't need two pair unless you want them for a second pair of binoculars

Very good but take a little getting used to

I was really pleased and suprised just how good these are . Never bought them before and now wouldnt be without them .they really do help your eyes concentrate on the subject . Easy to fit and fitted all my 5 pairs of bins .Take a punt you wont be sorry .
