I don't normally write reviews but this product really is good and well worth the money. I bought it for the pain relief and I'm keeping it for the massaging function I use it even after my back pain.

Desperate with a bad back, and fed up with hot water bottle blisters, I purchased this heat pad. I would have sent it back but as I could hardly move it was the last thing I was thinking about. The head pad although it looks large, the actual heating elements themselves don't cover the whole of the rear of the heat pad, in fact, a good inch or even two short of the width of the heat pad. The vibration is good when trying to walk about, but something which I didn't consider is the fact that when you are sitting down both of the vibration portals are quite large and dig into your back. This ensures that you can not comfortably sit with your back against anything. I like the fact you can walk about, although the charger (I think mine was possibly faulty) cuts out after a while and would only work if I manually pulled the wire out and plugged it into the next port on the charger.Conclusion - ok, don't sit down with it unless you want the vibration portals digging in your back it's very uncomfortable, and if you want a heat pad where the heating elements cover the whole of the rear of the heat pad and don't fall short best to look elsewhere. I'm afraid that I wouldn't recommend for a bad back but this may well be suitable for other ailments.

I already had an electric heat pad that I use almost every day for different reasons, lower back pain, period pain, etc but needs to be plugged in and I don't have how to secure it around me, it's just a flat pad. When I saw this one I knew it would be a game changer. It attaches securely exactly where I need it, heats very well and quickly and I can move around whilst wearing it. Absolutely must have. Specially when I'm on my period it helps sooo much with the pain! Love it and recommend it!

The media could not be loaded. Heat is pretty decent and massage isn’t bad, although the motors are large. The main issue is that it uses Velcro to fasten and will no longer stick, making the product unusable. I’ve only had the product 2 months

Game changer ...I have arthritis in my spine and just been for a walk wearing this....wish I had bought one years ago ..lovely and warm.Would highly recommend.

3 heat settings excellent to warm your back. Battery to charge so completely cordless.Massager hums a bit but I wanted heat only.

Insufficient heat production
