Best one out there so far
So my husband is not gluten intolerant he is lectin intolerant. Which is worse. I’ve tried everything from red mill to other organic makes. This one works the best almost cup for cup of regular flour.A friend was recently diagnosed with gluten intolerance and she loves this flour. I gave her a whole one just to try.You do have to use about 1/4 c less liquids in all total in your recipe since the flours in this zol dust doesn’t absorb and isn’t elastic in properties as wheat flour. But other than that is pretty good.

ZoldustRuins EVERYTHING it touches!!!I am absolutely mystified at any high star review! Unless you need exactly what is in this for your diet, I would warn against it!!!! As stated, it is GREY! It imparts a sour/bitter/oddly-lingering obtuse sweetness which is off putting, because its’ flavor is like nothing I’ve ever tasted, in anything good! Or ever! It’s downright HORRIBLE! I cater, I experiment with EVERYTHING, and I was trying to make a gf artisanal bread à la Jim Lahey. I was out of buckwheat flour, so figured I’d try this...... it ABSOLUTELY RUINED THE TEST!!!!I do not know why this monstrosity being gf “flour” is being marketed as a 1-1 gf flour replacement? I guess if you know, you know why you would use it, but I would also say, that I feel sorry for you if this is the only option you have in your arsenal to concoct whatever it is you need this for “bread" because the end product

It didn't change taste of my recipe and there was no noticeable change in the crumb. The color of the product was a bit gray.
I was able use this gluten free flour as a substitute for all purpose flour. No other changes or additions to my recipe. Most flours of this type is not white therefore the color of my product was different. The raw product was a bit dry so forming the shape had to be basic. The product did not spread at all. The taste was great. Will rebuy. I made Oatmeal Cookies. They were crisp on the edges and soft in the middle. I now plan to try making these cookies with nut oil, honey and fruit,

Best gluten free flour I have tried
Best gluten free flour I have tried! I was so impressed with how it made my desserts and dinners taste. As someone who is trying to eat gluten free, I have tried other flours purchased from grocery and health food stores and nothing compares to this. It is by far the best in taste and texture. I will be buying again and have already recommended to friends and family.

This was a waste of money! I should have stuck with King Arthur Flour
This flour came in a ziploc bag which is weird but the container was sealed. I used it one time to thicken up a sauce and it ruined the whole dish. This flour has a horrible taste that taste just like the weird smell. I'm throwing this flour out because I can't get past the smell and the taste.

Awesome New Find
I used the Zol-DUST Gluten Free All Purpose flour with my favorite oatmeal and raisin cookie recipe. Easy to incorporate, using the same amount of flour as in my original recipe. Didn't feel it necessary to sift the Zol-Dust flour. Didn't change the taste nor consistency of my cookies.

Healthy baking this Christmas and 2018
This was the best gluten free flour I have ever used. It was an amazing baking experience. The cakes ,cookies and pancakes were good too!!!!
