The only thing I didn't like was the way the nacelle pylons were attached but other than that the model is great.

Pleasantly Surprised
I was surprised by this die-cast model of the USS Shenzhou and how beautiful it was, when I unboxed it. I half-expected it to be some flimsy and breakable display model with a stand. I love how unique and realistic it feels, especially when on display, which also gets a lot of compliments. Highly recommended for ST Discovery fans!

Flawed but still fantastic
Beautiful model at the new "intermediate" size. Lots of details. I especially like the name of the ship over the shuttle bay. On the downside, it felt a little rushed. The window paint is noticeably off and misaligned, the "USS Shenzho" over the shuttle bay is off centered (that hurt), and the deflector dish is just a big flat black piece of plastic that detracts from the overall beauty of the model. My display fork was wonky and the mag had the different profiles of the ship but nothing was labeled or annotated! Despite these criticisms, I have no regrets. The model is still awesome in spite of them.

High Quality, Nice Profile
It's a weighty , sleek and yet modern model of one of my favorite ships of new trek. It feels very nice in the hand. It isn't *all* metal but even the plastic components have a nice finish.

It is a nice model with good details.The latest models from discovery are a bit larger than the original collection for TOS, TNG, DS9, Voyager and Enterprise
