I just put this together, I thought I was one of the ones where the nozzle wouldn't fit on my 5G bottle. Here's a tip that might be super obvious, but wasn't to me. When you grab your bottle of water, you take the sticker off. But you also must peal off the heavy plastic seal underneath that to make the nozzle screw on. I was pushing it on the mouth of the bottle since I don't normally take that part off when you put a bottle in a water cooler. When I was about to give up, I saw the tag on the plastic and pulled it off. The pour spout screwed straight on from there. I took of one star only because it feels a little light for the 5 Gallon bottle and the spout cover does not stay closed...

I love this dispenser. When I purchased it I didn't know how big the opening was on my 5 gallon bottle. In my local stores they have the Primo water bottles for the water dispensers so that is what I own (non threaded cap). The cap does go on the Primo bottle top however it did leak slightly as it is 54 mm and this fits the 55 mm. With such a small difference I set out to find a way to make this work. My husband simply wrapped the top of the bottle with some plumbers tape that stopped the leak from the lid but it began to drip out the spout so we used a little of the water to relieve the pressure and it works perfectly no leaks or drips.

Loved the stand and the tap arrangement. Very easy to assemble and leakage proof. Attaching the tap itself to the bottles is very easy. Stands the bottle at a good angle. Takes minimum space. I returned my water dispenser and switched to this arrangement and I'm very happy thinking of no more of the dust n bacteria the water dispensers carry without our knowledge. The tap is very easy to clean.

I wanted bottled water, but don't have the space for a typical cooler-type stand. The screw on cap makes things super simple. No more spilling while you try to tip the bottle over real fast. Super smart product. Love it... and, cheap!
