Works great
After installation, make sure to include a check valve on the cold water side to reduce the flow otherwise the dispensed hot water may not be hot enough.

I bought the 18kw electric water heater after having done a massive amount of research into tankless heaters and I must say this has exceeded my expectations. It provides adequate hot water supply for 2 showers simultaneously without any noticable drop in pressure and no loss of hot water.The company is excellent as well and has provided me with the best customer service you could ever expect. I had issues with the first unit I was sent due to no fault of the company. They immediately sent me a replacement which worked beautifully and has completely converted me over to the tankless water heater world! I will buy from these guys again. Did not work
Water heater did not function. I had the unit professionally installed in my home to replace my old 30 gallon water heater. Either the unit was faulty from manufacturing or it was damaged in transit but there were no visible signs.The technician recommended and installed an 11.8 KW Titan Electric Tankless water heater. I have been running the unit for a few months now and it is superb.

Works strong needs 50A fuse MINIMUM
Super easy setup, max 1 hour isntall. Get your self quick connects hoses for snap connections wow.I set it at 130F, home under 1500sq. Works like a champ with two showers running at same time with Zero issues. That min 50A fuse is must. L1 is black cable,L2 white love this!

This item does NOT reboot into the ON state after a power failure...
The product description suggests that after a power failure, the heater remembers it's last state... i.e. that you don't have to turn it back on after a power outage... BUT THIS IS FALSE... after a power outage it reboots in the OFF state - it does remember the temperature setting but what good is that? If you have even a brief power outage, and you try to use hot water, you'll be getting cold water until you remember that the water heater is OFF!!!! - - - other than this issue, the heater works just fine

Works well for under sink heater
I installed this pretty easily in my shop as I had an open outlet nearby. Plumbing was a cinch and now I've got instant hot water in my shop which is awesome.
