VigorCare provides enhanced warranty & service benefits in addition to the manufacturer's already included standard 'Return to Base' (RTB) warranty and support. If your DrayTek product has developed a fault, experienced support technicians will help you to diagnose the problem and then determine the appropriate solution under your warranty. If it does require a replacement unit, this will be sent out the same day for delivery on the next working/business day (to most of mainland UK). Should a replacement unit be required to be sent to you, it can also be pre-configured exactly the same as your old unit, so it should be a simple plug/unplug operation to install it when it arrives. In order to take advantage of this service, you need to keep an up to date configuration backup which you can either keep yourself or you can send DrayTek your latest configuration backup and they will store it, in case it is needed. This warranty is subject to the VigorCare Terms & Conditions (please contact us for details) and must be bought and then activated via a link on the DrayTek website within 30 days of your router being purchased. VigorCare subscription is available for several categories of product so please check carefully that you have selected the correct service pack for your router. You will receive an email with the Warranty Codes which can then be registered & activated via a link on the DrayTek website.
