Bars do as they say! Increased my milk supply
Taste isn’t that but it’s “eatable”. It tastes like some protein bars that when you eat you can’t quiet put your finger on it on describing the Taste and texture. That said...the bar WORKS WONDERS my breast feel fuller now and went from pumping 2-3 oz I am pumping 4-5oz in the matter of about two to theee days! I see and feel the difference. I would order again as my main concern is milk supply and the taste is tolerable I just have to have water handy!

Did not like the taste
Ok, Pros: these bars have some good ingredients and maybe they do promote milk supply. Packaging is nice and bonus of little bag is thoughtful and cute. this is the only reason why i gave 3 stars. Cons: I could not finish even one bar, i could not get over the taste. I think it has way too much of brewers yeast. I have tried other products and they are tastier.

Not satisfied. I am trying to return the package because I had an allergic reaction to something that was in the bar. Took one bite and now I can’t return it for a refund. I’m not allergic to anything from my knowledge but now I have to figure out what made me break out in hives. I wish I can provide a better review, I’m just not happy with my results.

Not the best tasting....have your water handy :)
I loved the overall packaging and the little bag came in handy as well! Although I did not care for the taste of the bars, I really appreciated the customer service that I received. Unbeknownst to me, there was a price reduction after I purchased the bars and the folks at Mother Goose sent me an automatic refund. It wasn't expected but I'm grateful and for that reason, I gave four stars.

Delicious and nutritious lactation bar!!!!!!!
I purchased these bars for a friend of mine who just had twins, she loves that these bars not only taste good, but they provide her with the nutrition to help produce an adequate supply of breast milk to feed her babies.I am not a nursing mother, but I found myself snacking on them too when I visit my friend!! Don’t hesitate on trying these, you won’t be disappointed.

Delicious and satisfying
These bars are amazing! It’s the perfect grab and go meal when busy with little ones. Love these because not only are they delicious, they keep me full for a while. Have passed these out to friends who recently had babies and they love them too! A must try, they won’t disappoint.

A friend of mine recommended mother goose bar. I have to admit I do love sweets and anything chocolate. Mother goose bar feels more like a meal replacement to me and oddly enough, I kinda dig it. It doesn’t make my baby gassy and it definitely helped my milk supply after 3 bars.

These don’t work any better than a cheaper lactation bar, and they taste bad.
