It blows up on the bottom and up the back to the neck giving someone a great massage. Plus it has a vibration that massages the lumbar area and it heats up as well. He sits for li g period at a time for work now and we needed a good set up for him to be comfortable and not have lower back issues form sitting. I definitely recommend it to gamers and work from home people. We happen to be both lol. He honestly feels it’s the best gift I’ve ever gotten him. I’m hapoy it also comes with a little control to operate it and a little pocket for it so you get it tangled anywhere.

Not a fan of the vibration mode but it’s there for the ones that like it.It uses air cushions that inflate/deflate based on a pre-set program (remote allows area selection). The heated mode is mild but good.It comes with an AC plug and a car adapter, making it easy to use it at home or on the go.This would be a good gift for anyone that needs a little back warm massage. The neck area is my favorite followed by the back / lumbar area and buttocks.

Its convenient and massages well with heat. I use it on a chair. It has neck, back and leg massager. I usually keep all 3 on with high strength, and keep heatingn on, turn off the vibration (not finding that very interesting). It feels relaxing.
