Impressed with the build quality and even more of the features..adjusting the stroke length is cool..runs smooth and quiet, i will leave my fk irons in the drawer and use this little guy..

How do I return this it’s ridiculous Amazon!
Got this it’s not working after 3 months!!! It should have 12 month warranty! Amazon says it’s past its 30 day return! But no option to get anywhere it’s an absolute joke!! Any ideas anyone? Not happy about this! Come on Amazon or tattoo supplier help me out here it’s not good! Says returnable until January!!!!!! Really unprofessional Amazon, no option to get hold of anyone!!!! This isn’t a cheap item, so someone please contact me and resolve the issue

Broken
Good machine, but battery both have issues after 4 months of use. One has completely broken and the screen has come of. The other stops and starts every 5 minutes

Stupid company and machine
Do not buy!! No cartliage works for the gun, the stroke is messed up, the buttons have fallen off first day, i have no way of contacting the company to return as my prder doesnt show up on amazon and no emails were sent!! I am so f angry over this, useless machine and company !!

Broken after 2 months
Very disappointed with this machine.I have over 10 different machines from different brands and this one broke after 2 months. Tried now with couple of different cartridges but it’s impossible to use it.Unfortunately no support answer via email.I can’t recommend this machine and the support at all.
